AMBER ALERT for Wyatt Steven Mol

Feb 18, 2013

The Liberty County Sheriff's Department has initiated an AMBER ALERT, on this date, for Wyatt Steven Mol. Wyatt is described as a white male, nine (9) years old, 4'-0", 55 lbs, "dirty" blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray "hoodie", black pants and black tennis shoes.

Wyatt was last seen when his father, who lives in Liberty County and has custody of young Wyatt,  dropped his son off with his biological mother, Kathleen Renee Tuten, D.O.B. 6/5/64, at the Jack in the Box restaurant in Columbus, Texas at 7:pm, Friday evening, February 15th, 2013. The agreement was to meet again in Columbus the evening of Sunday, February 17th. to return the child to the father but Ms. Tuten did not show up.

She was supposed to be in route to an address in Kennedy, Texas which was later reported to be non-existent.

Ms. Kathleen Tuten was driving a black BMW SUV with Texas license plate but number(s) are unknown.

At present, this appears to be an "Interfering with Child Custody" case  with other possible locations being San Antonio and Clifton, Texas.

Anyone having information regarding the whereabouts of Wyatt Steven Mol or his mother, Kathleen Renee Tuten, is asked to contact your local law enforcement agency or the Liberty County Sheriff's Department at (936) 336-4500.
